WHAT IS IT?

Our organic beers are not only a more nutritious alternative, but also a journey to ancient lands. Hooded Black Barley, the first beer in the innovative series, is a beer brewed from an ancient variety of barley, black hooded barley.

RESEARCH

For over 40 years, scientists from the Bydgoszcz University of Technology have been working on the reintroduction of original barley species. Black hooded barley is one of them. Research has shown that it contains more antioxidants than barley grown today, and as a result - it is much healthier.

HOW IS IT MADE?

Organic beers are made from ingredients from certified crops. Thanks to this, they are 100% free of herbicides. The amount of health-promoting antioxidants is also influenced by our brewing methods - organic beers are unfiltered and unpasteurized.

WHY IS IT WORTH IT?

Organic beers surprise with a unique taste that you will not find anywhere else. Ancient grain varieties are a pioneering project by AleBrowar in cooperation with the Bydgoszcz University of Technology. It is also a healthier alternative – organic beers are full of antioxidants that fight free radicals.
