IMPERIAL HERR AXOLOTL WITH BLACK CURRANT - BERLINER WEISSE

Enjoy Berliner Weisse style with the addition of black currant. See the color, smell it and taste the freshness. This is another cooperation beer of Alebrowar & Himburgs BKK. The first Herr Axolotl was brewed in Germany - but this time we brewed it in the AleBrowar brewery in northern Poland. Cheers!

Style: Blackcurrant Berliner Weisse.

Extract: 9.0% Alcohol: 3.6% IBU: 5.

Ingredients: Malt: Pilsner, wheat. Hops: Tettnanger (DE) Yeast: US-05.

Appearance: light purple, cloudy.

Aromas: Black currant, lemon, slightly milky.

Taste: sparkling, clean, refreshing. sour, lemony. sour, currant.
